What changed

Buildings, rooms, and desks added to the Places directory now have dedicated profile cards. These cards are accessible through Copilot Chat and various Microsoft 365 interfaces, providing quick access to location details. Previously, such detailed location information was not consolidated or easily accessible within Microsoft 365. This update improves navigation and resource management without impacting security.

Try this

Open Copilot Chat in Microsoft 365.
Search for a building, room, or desk name.
View the profile card with detailed information and availability.
