What changed

Users are now able to customize their Copilot experience in classic Outlook with Declarative Agents through integrated extensibility experience (plugins, adaptive cards, card actions, task modules, etc.), Outlook integrations (mail and calendar actions, enterprise connectors), and additional extensibility provider agent actions and orchestration logic. This now aligns classic Outlook with other Copilot Chat experiences, delivering consistent agent capabilities across platforms.

Try this

Open classic Outlook for Windows.
Access Copilot Chat from the ribbon or sidebar.
Interact with available Copilot agents to automate tasks or get assistance.
