25 August 2026 · Outlook · WindowsWhat changed
Copilot now enables meeting scheduling within classic Outlook for Windows through chat commands or the "Schedule with Copilot" button. It finds available times, books rooms, drafts agendas, and sends invites automatically. Previously, scheduling required manual steps outside of chat. This feature requires a Microsoft 365 Copilot license and is rolling out in phases.
Try this
- Open classic Outlook for Windows.
- Start a chat with Copilot or click "Schedule with Copilot" in the UI.
- Ask Copilot to schedule a meeting with colleagues.
- Review and send the meeting invite.
