Copilot in PowerPoint now allows referencing email content when creating presentations. Previously, users could not directly incorporate email information into their presentations using Copilot. This integration enhances content accuracy and context while maintaining Microsoft 365 security standards.
Try this
- Open PowerPoint and start a presentation.
- Open the Copilot pane.
- Enter a prompt and reference an email you would like to incorporate in your deck. You can reference an email by its subject, the senders, and time frame or date it was sent.
- Review the output slides where Copilot has used the email information.
